Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant - Hemel Hempstead We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Hemel Hempstead . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in special educational needs (SEN) support to make a real difference in students' lives. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD, and other learning needs. Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs). Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Promote the social, emotional, and academic development of students. Requirements: Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role. Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
