Who You Are You are an experienced professional with a strong background in organisational development, service design, change, or organisational development. Your expertise in early and new careers, combined with robust project management skills, enables you to effectively design and deliver programs that align with strategic goals. You excel as a communicator and in stakeholder management, working seamlessly with Directors, Heads of Service, and a broad range of partners, including HR and local education providers, to support organisational diversity and future talent needs. What the job involves This role involves designing and delivering the Early and New Careers Pilot for Southwark Council’s Planning and Growth Department. You will support the department's aim to become more representative of the community by driving continuous improvement and innovation in program delivery. Engaging with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the pilot meets its objectives and supports both participants and line managers effectively. The role requires a minimum of 3 days a week at the London Bridge office, with interviews scheduled for February 3rd and 4th, 2025.
