Employer Description Our client is an Interior Design Firm Job Description Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a flair for high-design product sales and a talent for building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth. Conduct client meetings and presentations at senior levels (FD and MD). Actively network to expand the client base and build strong professional relationships. Engage in cold calling to generate new business opportunities. Create and identify sales opportunities within the interior design industry. Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and high-end product innovations. Balance the roles of a "Farmer" and a "Hunter" by nurturing existing clients while pursuing new leads. Develop and maintain a strong lead source to ensure a consistent sales pipeline. Drive the sales of high-design products to discerning clients. Must have a valid drivers licence and own vehicle. Qualifications Matric Skills Minimum of 5 years experience in upmarket sales (experience in property sales is advantageous). Proficiency in MS Office. Proven track record in business development or sales within the interior design or related industries. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Benefits Attractive commission structure.
