Qualifications Matric and relevant qualifications. Relevant experience in solvent/crushing plant operations. Strong knowledge of plant equipment, process monitoring, and quality control. Skills and Attributes Initiative and assertiveness in decision-making and task management. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Ability to manage stress and work under pressure.
