Role Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Worksoft Certify Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP test automation, with extensive experience in using the Worksoft Certify tool. This role requires hands-on expertise in SAP systems such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, along with proficiency in test management tools like HP ALM or Octane. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality automation solutions in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities : 1. Test Automation Development : - Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify for SAP systems. - Ensure the automation coverage aligns with business and functional requirements. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance automation framework performance and reliability. 2. SAP Testing Expertise : - Conduct automated testing on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA platforms. - Collaborate with SAP functional consultants and business teams to understand requirements and validate automation scope. - Perform regression testing to ensure stability and functionality of SAP implementations. 3. Test Management and Reporting : - Utilize tools like HP ALM or Octane for test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. - Provide detailed test execution reports, defect analysis, and recommendations for resolution. - Contribute to the creation of testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and user manuals. 4. Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and business analysts, to align test strategies with project goals. - Communicate test results, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and management. - Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an agile team. 5. Quality Assurance : - Ensure adherence to testing best practices, standards, and guidelines. - Monitor and assess test automation trends and emerging tools to recommend improvements. - Proactively address potential bottlenecks in automation workflows. Required Skills and Qualifications : Experience : - Minimum of 6 years in test automation, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience using Worksoft Certify. - SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in SAP systems, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. - Test Management Tools: Proficiency in HP ALM, Octane, or similar tools for managing test cases, tracking defects, and generating reports. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating issues.
