Job Description : Networking, Azure, and VMware Trainer with LMS Management Job Title : Networking, Azure, and VMware Trainer with LMS Management Location : Bangalore Employment Type : Full-time Department : TAAS,Networklabs Job Overview : - We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Networking, Azure, and VMware Trainer with expertise in LMS (Learning Management System) management. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on networking concepts, Azure cloud services, and VMware virtualization technologies while managing and overseeing the LMS platform for training delivery. Key Responsibilities : 1.Training Delivery : - Conduct hands-on, instructor-led training sessions on Networking (Cisco, TCP/IP, Routing & Switching), Azure Cloud Services, and VMware virtualization (vSphere, vCenter). - Prepare and deliver technical content, including presentations, training modules, and exercises. - Create and customize training materials based on the needs of the learners and client requirements. - Assess the performance and understanding of trainees through quizzes, practical assessments, and other evaluation methods. - Provide guidance and support to students during training sessions and troubleshoot technical issues related to networking, Azure, and VMware. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration : - Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth content delivery, learner engagement, and progress tracking. - Upload and organize training content, including course modules, videos, assessments, and resources, onto the LMS platform. - Monitor learner progress, track completions, and generate detailed reports for management and stakeholders. - Resolve technical issues related to the LMS platform, ensuring seamless access for all users. - Ensure the LMS is up-to-date and aligned with company training objectives, offering an optimal user experience. Technical Expertise and Support : - Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Networking, Azure, VMware, and LMS technologies. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for networking, cloud, and virtualization-related issues raised by students or clients. - Share industry insights, trends, and emerging technologies with trainees to enhance the training experience. Networking : - Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc. - Experience with routing and switching (Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment). - Understanding of network security principles like firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access control. - Setting up, configuring, and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. - Knowledge of LAN/WAN environments, including subnetting and VLAN configurations. - Knowledge in ACL, Port Security, NAT - Familiarity with SDN (Software-Defined Networking) and network automation tools. - Familiarity with diagnostic tools like Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute, etc - Experience with VPNs, encryption, and securing wireless networks. - Experience with cloud-based networking - Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g, SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG) - Industry certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network Windows : - Expertise in installing, configuring, and managing various versions of Windows Server (e.g, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022). - Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. - Experience with Windows Server roles such as File Server, Print Server, Web Server (IIS), and Remote Desktop Services. - Configuring and managing Hyper-V for virtualization - Administering user accounts, groups, and permissions using Active Directory (AD) - Implementing and managing user profiles, including login scripts and folder redirection. - Managing permissions, security groups, and organizational units (OUs) within AD. - Managing Windows Update Services (WSUS) for patching and keeping servers up to date. - Configuring and managing security features like Windows Defender, BitLocker, and AppLocker. - Ensuring compliance with security standards, including auditing and monitoring. - Configuring and troubleshooting Windows Firewall and implementing network security policies. - Using performance monitoring tools (Performance Monitor, Event Viewer) - Troubleshooting server and system performance issues and resolving bottlenecks. - Monitoring and managing server uptime, resources, and disk space. - Experience with Hyper-V for server virtualization and virtual machine management. - Industry certifications like Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, MCSE, MCSA Microsoft Azure Administrator : - Managing virtual machines, Configuring storage - Implementing and managing Azure networking - Monitoring and optimizing resources, and ensuring security and compliance. - Managing and monitoring cloud resources using the Azure Portal, PowerShell, or Azure CLI to provision, configure, and manage resources. - Azure Automation, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and ARM templates to automate tasks and streamline processes. Linux Administrator : - Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including Ubuntu, CentOS, or Red Hat. - Proficient in Linux command-line interface (CLI) and shell scripting. - Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or KVM. - Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS,VPN. - Knowledge of storage technologies, such as RAID, SAN, and NAS. - Understanding of security and experience in implementing security measures on Linux systems. - Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. VMware Administrator : - Knowledge on VMWare Products (Player, ESXi, vSphere, etc.) - Install ESXi Server (Hypervisor) Configure ESXi Server - vCenter and Installation, vCenter Management Interface - Managing hosts on vCenter, Configure, Permissions and Datacenters - Hosts & Clusters and VMs,VMWare Cluster, High Availability - Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS) - VM Cloning,VM Templates - VM Export and Import (OVF) - Fault Tolerance 4.Course Development and Customization : - Develop and update training materials, including presentations, lab exercises, assessments, and practical scenarios. - Customize training programs to suit different learning environments (virtual, classroom-based,hybrid). - Design curriculum and modules for certification exams (e.g, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure,VMware VCP). Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience (3 years) as a trainer in Networking, Azure, and VMware technologies. - In-depth knowledge of Cisco Networking (CCNA, CCNP), Microsoft Azure (Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, etc.), and VMware (vSphere, vCenter, etc. - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or similar platforms. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networking, cloud services, and virtualization. - Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent are preferred.
