Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React, JavaScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with additional experience in Supabase being a strong plus. As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our development team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of our digital projects. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React, JavaScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and reliability. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. - Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. - Experience with Supabase is a plus. - Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
