If you are looking for an opportunity to make an impact as we develop scalable and strategic solutions to support our global growth, we want to hear from youThe Opportunity: -The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the business needs of their clients and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, while recommending solutions and initiatives that enable the organization to achieve its strategic goals. In doing so, the Senior Business Analyst leverages state of the art technology, especially AI to drive business value. The Senior Business Analyst serves as the liaison between the business side of the enterprise and service providers to the enterprise, eliciting, analyzing, communicating and validating requirements in the context of helping the organization achieve its goals through internal changes to core organizational functions, including changes to policies, processes, and information systems. The Senior Business Analyst organizes, plans and executes their tasks with a high degree of autonomy, and typically focuses on complex tasks with a high degree of strategic importance to the firm.The Day-to-Day: Ideate, identify and analyze opportunities to deliver business value through technology solutions including AI. Collaborate with business experts, senior managers, project managers, and project sponsors to determine project scope, vision and value proposition Play a critical role in responsibly enabling new technologies for the firm. Drive to overcome roadblocks and closely partner with other service providers such as technology, user experience, and / or Enterprise Risk Management functions to achieve project objectives efficiently Conduct research and analysis to stay current on technology and business trends especially in AI. - Provide expert guidance and advise on opportunities of AI to envision future state practices and operations and define requirements accordingly Formulate assumptions and experiment to validate business value, risks and controls of innovative solutions. Translate learnings into functional requirements and design specifications and partner with technology functions to deliver solutions and realize value for the firm Responsibly leverage citizen development capabilities of our solution stack and directly deliver value where appropriate in close alignment with business and technology functions Responsibly drive the adoption of AI and other new technologies with agility, communicate changes, enhancements, and solutions to all stakeholders effectively. Measure value and track against the value proposition Contribute to enterprise architecture development with a focus on AI capabilities. Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users Support quality assurance in creating test plans and test cases to ensure functionality and performance requirements Interface with senior management regarding project status, issues, and risks, ensuring transparency and effective communication Exercise exceptional attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy in all work Demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions Deliver excellent customer service and possess strong oral and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Always create comprehensive and value-added documentation Work independently and efficiently to prioritize tasks based on changing business needs and project demandsYour Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required Significant FI experience or several years external business analysis experience, or equivalent combination Proven track record of delivering value using AI technologies with agility FinTech experience and understanding of technology trends in the finance industry Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services and Agentforce Superior ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Excellent skills in word processing, spreadsheets, email, and database software Exceptional attention to detail Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills Ability to work independently and determine priorities based upon changing business needsCompensation: $120,000 - $155,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
