Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners Are you a skilled professional with experience in residential conveyancing? We are seeking two dedicated Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners for our client based in South Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in residential property matters to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Managing your own caseload with administrative support given. Sales, purchase, freehold, and leasehold cases. Perform title checks, raise and respond to queries. Registered and unregistered titles. Managing leasehold flats, shared ownership properties, transfers of equity, and remortgages. Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Ensuring efficient and accurate handling of property transactions. Candidate profile: Experience in residential property matters is essential. Professional legal qualifications are beneficial. A thorough understanding of the legal requirements for sales, purchases, and associated transactions. Strong organisational and communication skills to deliver exceptional client service.
