You will be Nurse Qualified and experienced in leading a successful team within a residential setting. A large Home in Newcastle with a CQC rating of Good across all areas. You will be lucky in that you are inheriting a brilliant, loyal and committed team of Nursing, Care and back office staff. The culture within this group and setting is really excellent. Your NMC PIN must be active and with no restrictions on your practice.
