The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum, fostering a love for learning, and helping our pupils achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum. Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their best, ensuring high expectations for all. Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing targeted support where needed. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil development. Actively participate in whole-school initiatives and contribute to the wider school community. About You We are looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in Key Stage 2. Has a thorough understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks. Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusion. Is passionate, reflective, and eager to innovate in their teaching practices. Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
