Your responsibilities will include: Leading the tax department, providing strategic direction and ensuring exceptional service delivery Managing a diverse client portfolio, including HNWIs, SMEs, and corporate entities, offering bespoke tax planning and advisory services Driving business development initiatives to grow the firm’s tax offering and attract new clients Acting as a key advisor on complex tax matters, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, corporate restructuring, and international tax planning Mentoring and developing the tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture Representing the firm at networking and industry events to enhance its reputation and market presence About the Firm This growing accountancy firm in Henley-on-Thames is known for its innovative approach, client-first mindset, and commitment to employee development.
