I am looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant who is interested in joining the team at a vibrant and inclusive school SEN school in Gateshead. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs. Assist in the implementation of Education Health Care Plans. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, parents, carers and other professionals to support student development. Help with classroom management and organisation. Requirements: Experience working with children with a range of Special Educational Needs including Autistic Spectrum Conditions, Profound and Multiple learning difficulties and Severe Learning Difficulties. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Level 3 qualifications in supporting teaching and learning Knowledge of approaches which are successful when working with SEN children.
