Advice Session Supervisor

Citizens Advice Worcester and Herefordshire Advice Session Supervisor – Full Time 37 Hours per week – Based in Hereford Salary: £26,409 – £27,269 per annum (depending on experience) To supervise delivery of the advice services for Citizens Advice Herefordshire, including supervision of advice sessions in our Hereford office. Including supervision and attendance at Outreach services across Herefordshire. To ensure the quality of advice given to service users meets required standards. To work with key staff to recruit and train volunteers and develop the channels of advice accessible to our clients. Ideally we are looking for an individual with recent experience of advice work either as a supervisor or as a general advisor. We are also willing to consider other candidates with transferable skills, which meet the person specification, training will be provided.
