Sous Chef - Pay rate £15 - £19 per hour Are you an experienced Sous chef looking to work more sociable hours to create a better work/life balance? If so our hotel, restaurant and contract catering contracts around Newcastle and Gateshead may be the right next step for you We can offer full time or part time hours, happy to work around other commitments/ top up current hours. We also have numerous permanent roles available should you be looking for a longer term career. Main Duties/Responsibilities: Cook and prepare high quality dishes. Always maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
