Year 2 Teacher

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our team and provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for Year 2 students in a Warrington Primary School. As a Classroom Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on young minds and contribute to their holistic development. This role will be 8.30am - 3.30pm, 5 days per week starting in September until October half term with a potential for this to be extended. Rate - £110 dependent on experience Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum for Year 2 students Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and respected Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and support staff to address the individual needs of students Monitor and assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to promote educational growth Uphold a safe and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and promotes equality Qualifications QTS Experience teaching KS1 Strong understanding of child development and effective instructional strategies Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in education Day-to-Day Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Year 2 curriculum Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure the overall well-being of students Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns Continuously assess student learning and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs
