Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess student progress using various methods, identify areas for improvement, and adjust instruction accordingly. Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues, including the SENCO, to support students with special educational needs. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a valid UK teaching qualification. Experience: Proven experience teaching within a UK school setting, ideally with experience working with diverse learners. Passion for Education: A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for all students. Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
