EYFS Teaching Assistant

We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant at our vibrant school in Denton. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for early childhood education and possesses specific experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Responsibilities: Assist in delivering educational activities and structured play, tailored to EYFS and SEN requirements. Support individual children with SEN, ensuring their educational and developmental needs are met. Collaborate with EYFS teachers and SEN coordinators to implement effective learning plans. Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for all children. Participate in meetings and training sessions as required to enhance professional development and contribute to the school ethos. Requirements: Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant within an EYFS setting. Specific experience working with children with Special Educational Needs. NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare, Education or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
