We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and support students with special educational needs in Garstang. Your new role Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment. Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources. Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all students. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working with children with special educational needs. A patient and empathetic approach to working with students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
