Your Role as Lead Account Manager Account Growth & Expansion Drive growth across new disciplines, sectors, and international markets, establishing a wider footprint for our clients. Strategic Client Engagement Build and leverage relationships with senior client stakeholders to unlock opportunities and enhance client partnerships. Contractor Relationship Building Foster strong connections with contractors, ensuring our client remains the preferred recruitment partner. Top Talent Sourcing Identify and connect with top-tier candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and personal networks. Client & Candidate Relations Build credible, trust-based relationships with clients and candidates, showcasing expertise in energy and engineering sectors. Team Oversight & Mobilization Lead and guide the Account Team through seamless mobilization, negotiation, and onboarding processes. Client Interaction & Support Oversee business proposals, project follow-ups, and regular client review meetings to ensure satisfaction and retention. Performance Monitoring Deliver actionable insights through detailed reports on account activity, leveraging key performance metrics. Budget & Financial Oversight Align account deliverables with financial goals, ensuring profitability and budget adherence. Leadership & Motivation Drive team performance, resolve challenges, conduct regular reviews, and facilitate professional development. Continuous Improvement Enhance service standards to retain top talent and maintain competitive advantages in the market. What You Bring to the Table Proven Success in Account Growth : Experience converting prospects into revenue-generating accounts and expanding client portfolios. International experience would be advantageous. Expertise in Cross-Selling : Skilled in identifying cross-departmental opportunities to drive additional revenue streams. Sales Leadership Excellence : Proven ability to exceed individual and team sales targets through a hands-on approach.
