The Olde Barbridge Inn is a historic and welcoming pub located in the picturesque village of Barbridge. Known for its cosy atmosphere, delicious food, and a wide selection of drinks. The pub is favourite spot for both locals and visitors and we are investing 400k to bring the Olde Barbridge back to life. Investment / Pub We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Management Partner to lead the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create a friendly and inviting environment for guests. The Investment will be spent on an internal refurb of trading areas including new bar servery, new fixtures and fittings throughout including the trade kitchen and external reapairs and signage. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and inspire staff members. Oversee stock management and order supplies as needed. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Address customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Requirements: Proven experience as a Publican / Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
