Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and hygiene standards. Support the General Manager in budgeting, stock management, and ordering. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business. Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently. About You: Proven experience in an Assistant Manager role within a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team. Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude. Solid understanding of bar and restaurant operations, including financial management, stock control, and health & safety. A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and solve problems effectively.
