This is a unique opportunity to drive transformational investments and lead a high-performing team in one of the world’s most dynamic markets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead UK operations, aligning with global strategy and objectives. - Originate and execute complex transactions, including buyouts, growth equity, and strategic investments. - Oversee deal execution, including valuation, structuring, due diligence, and closing. - Drive portfolio management and value creation, ensuring consistent returns and operational improvements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and Limited Partners (LPs). - Analyze market dynamics and regulatory developments to guide investment decisions. - Provide leadership to local teams, fostering operational excellence and collaboration. Qualifications: - 10 years of private equity or related investment experience, with a strong track record in deal origination, execution, and exits. - Expertise in portfolio management, including driving value creation in portfolio companies. - In-depth knowledge of the UK market, including regulatory frameworks and sector dynamics. - Advanced skills in valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring. - Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing teams. - Strong stakeholder and investor relations skills, particularly with LPs and Boards. - Advanced degree in finance, business, or related fields preferred (e.g., MBA, CFA).
