Job Description

Product Marketing Manager Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for education and product marketing? Join a well-established organization, that support educators and schools on a global level. I am working to hire a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive the strategy for this companies largest revenue-generating product. This role reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing and involves working closely with a team of eight Product Managers spread across the UK and Australia. Location: Sheffield (3 days a week in the office) Salary: up to £60,000 per annum About the Role: Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy to support growth. Streamline product offerings and recommend suitable products to existing customers. Lead the marketing strategy for the job board, used by teachers and educational institutions, ensuring high conversion rates and revenue growth. Work closely with stakeholders, including the sales team, to achieve set targets. Drive campaigns targeting schools and trusts, promoting product use and retention. Focus on conversion rates, MQSL (Marketing Qualified Sales Leads), and revenue optimization. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within a B2B environment. Strong ability to build and execute product strategies. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience in conversion and revenue growth strategies. Interview Process: Three-stage process: 30-minute interview with the talent team. One-hour interview with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). One-hour interview with the CMO and sales team, focusing on competency-based assessments.
