Job Opportunity: Trainer (Part-Time) Location: Central Glasgow Duration: 3 months | 3-4 days per week We’re currently seeking an immediately available Learning & Development professional with a background in training delivery to join a dynamic team on a part-time basis. This opportunity is based at our client’s central Glasgow office. Key Responsibilities: Deliver contact centre induction training over a 6-week period Collaborate with the team to redesign the induction process, incorporating more digital elements for improved efficiency Support the continuous development of training materials and resources Ideal Candidate: Background in Learning & Development and training delivery Strong communication and presentation skills Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to contribute to process redesign and digital transformation initiatives
