About the Role This is a unique opportunity for a Paraplanner to grow and transition into an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) role within the next two years. You will work closely with our advisers, gaining invaluable experience while helping to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Supporting advisers by preparing detailed reports, recommendations, and financial plans. Researching and analysing products, providers, and investments to meet clients' needs. Liaising with clients and providers to ensure a smooth service. Gradually developing client-facing skills, with training and mentorship to prepare for the adviser role. Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures. What We’re Looking For Experience : Proven track record as a Paraplanner within an IFA or financial planning environment. Qualifications : Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards it). Additional qualifications are highly advantageous. Skills : Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver a high standard of service. Ambition : A desire to progress into an advisory role within a supportive environment.
