Composite Laminator Our client operates from their state-of-the-art facility in the Wiirral, but they also have locations all over the UK and worldwide. Specialising in the design and manufacture components to the aerospace industry. Composite Laminator requirements: Provide specialist training and develop the skills of current operators. Provide specialist tools/knowledge/skills to undertake complex composite lay-ups. Provide specialist laminating skills to develop a manufacturing method for new work packages (NPI). Guide Supervision on Clean Room best practice and operational improvements. Take responsibility for lean initiatives and liaise with Engineering on existing program improvements. Drive cleanroom activities to achieve or exceed target layup times and quality metrics. Terms 6 months Contract £25.00 ph inside IR35 Working shifts - 4 on and 4 off (days and nights) Nights have a shift allowance on top of the hourly rate
