Maintenance Manager

Henderson Brown are delighted be represented a well-recognised leader in the Renewable Energy Sector who are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for their site. The Maintenance Manager will be a significant part of achieving the strategic objectives for the site moving forward.Responsibilities: Be a hands-on leader, able to lead a team of multi-skilled technicians, providing guidance and assigning tasks. Be able to perform 1 to 1s and appraisals with Technicians Oversee both short-term and long-term maintenance goals for the site. Take responsibility for the site's maintenance budget, ensuring alignment with the site's business and development plans. Coordinate, plan, and collaborate with contractors coming onto site. Support the implementation of the SHE management system, with a strong focus on safety; consistently follow and enforce safety protocols.Requirements: Ideally be a time-served apprenticeship. Be confident and proficient in using CMMS systems. Have experience as a Team Leader/Maintenance Manager in power generation/utility Demonstrate strong people management abilities.
