Location: Wakefield Salary : £42,000 Hours : 3 Shifts Days - 1 Shift Afters - 4 DAY WEEK - No Weekends Week 1 – Monday to Thursday - 2pm – 12am Week 2 – Tuesday to Friday – 6am – 4pm Week 3 – Monday to Thursday - 5am – 3pm Week 4 – Tuesday to Friday – 6am – 4pm Benefits : 27 Days Annual Leave inc of Bank Holidays Up to 12% Employer Pension Contribution Private Healthcare with BUPA 8 x Life Insurance Cycle to Work Scheme Elevation are working with a leading FMCG Manufacturer based in Wakefield to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. Day to day of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer: Troubleshooting and problem solving to maintain and enhance automated processes and packaging machinery Reactive and preventative maintenance (breakdowns and PPM's) Installation and commissioning of new machinery Requirements of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer: Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering Proven mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing is preferable) PLC fault finding experience (preferable) This role is commutable from: Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, Wakefield, Chesterfield, Worksop, Leeds Suited candidates previously hold roles such as: Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Automation Engineer, Electrical Technician, Mechanical Technician, Mechanical Fitter, Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Electrician, Robotics Engineer
