Class 2B Building Control Surveyor

Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes. Keep up to date with changes in building regulations and address compliance issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders. Assist in the development of trainee surveyors within the team. Qualifications & Experience: Proven track record in a Building Control role. Class 2B registration with the BSR (essential). Chartered Membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or CABE) – desired . Experience with commercial buildings would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both individually and as part of a team. A drive to develop professionally.
