♻️ Change Manager | Digital Transformation | Drive Sustainable Solutions ♻️ Role: Change Manager Location: High Wycombe Hybrid/Remote: 2 days per week in the office Salary: up to £74,000 up to 20% bonus A leading innovator in environmental sustainability is on a journey of digital transformation - having been taken over by a private equity firm last year (who are investing heavily into sustainability) they have now turned into a more growth-focused business and appointed some impressive people at c-suite level. They are now on a huge transformation journey to modernise their technology and are also building a product team from the ground up. As Change Manager you will lead impactful change initiatves across a complex organisational landscape, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless adoption of change. The change function is relatively new to the business, so there is lots of scope of make an impact and enact real change as well as mentor more junior members of the team It’s a great opportunity to join a business with purpose who are really trying to drive a change in society Who are they looking for? Experience as a Change Manager or Change Lead Experience working on large scale change projects Delivery experience of change impact assessments, action plans, change readiness assessments & change networks.
