As a Consultant, Managed Services - Functional Distribution / EMEA you will: Ensuring client requirements are met by actively soliciting, identifying, and responding to customer questions and assisting with issue resolution which may involve one or more of the following: Provide users with workarounds. Troubleshoot or debugging with developers. Propose SQL fixes to database tables. Identify ESUs or liaising with Oracle for bug fixes. Identificate and resolution of JDE system errors. Update and maintenance of JDE configuration. Guide to users to follow correct JDE procedures. Proactive and reactive maintenance of JDE systems from a Functional perspective. Project specification and testing of new customized JDE applications or modifications to existing JDE applications. Work with highly knowledgeable JD Edwards end-users and able to quickly understand unique client requirements and configurations. The following skills and experience are essential for this role: Strong experience in a JDE application support or consulting capacity. Experience in Warehouse Management would be advantageous. Understanding of business concepts & strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Ability to learn new functionality and customer customizations. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
