Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Android Automotive OS-based infotainment applications while integrating Google Automotive Services (GAS) into in-car systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automotive solutions. - Work on vehicle signal processing and communication protocols to enable seamless vehicle-to-infotainment system communication. - Customize and optimize Android Automotive OS for specific vehicle models, focusing on enhancing system performance and user experience. - Conduct unit testing, system validation, and debugging to ensure functionality and resolve technical issues related to AAOS and GAS integration. - Create and maintain technical documentation for development and system implementation. Skills : Must-Have Skills : - Android Automotive OS Developer with 5years' experience - Automotive domain exp : Atleast 1-2 years also fine. - Automotive Domain hands on experience - Vehicle Signals and Communication protocol knowledge - Google Automotive Services(GAS) working knowledge. Android Automotive Operating System(AAOS) : - AAOS is an android based infotainment system that is built into the car itself. - On AAOS the developer will be building apps that might be used for in car infotainment, or it can be integrated with GAS etc. Google Automotive Services (GAS) : - Car makers who wish to provide Google services such as Maps, Play Store, Assistant, and so on can work directly with Google to support GAS. GAS consists of software built on top of Android Automotive OS for the purpose of delivering such services. Qualifications : Academic Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
