Business Analyst - Security Cleared

Business Analyst Location: Corsham (1 day per week on-site) Duration: Contract (with potential for extension) Up to £550pd inside IR35 Security Clearance is a necessary Our defence client has a requirement for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This role is integral to change and transformation initiatives within the company, and requires a professional with security clearance to manage and assess critical business projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage the intake of initiatives through the front door Clarify business problems, needs, and objectives Conduct initial assessments to align with strategic goals and programme roadmap Document and validate initiatives by working with stakeholders and users Identify gaps and risks in proposed initiatives Engage with Solutions Development Authority, stakeholders, and business change teams Define outcomes, user journeys, value streams, and the definition of done Support prioritisation and continuous improvement processes Job Requirements: Understanding of change and transformation within the defence sector Security clearance is mandatory Experience in managing business initiatives from intake to execution Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to document and validate business requirements effectively Proficient in identifying gaps and risks in business initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Capacity to support and drive continuous improvement processes
