Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive people change project plan. Maintain detailed project records and provide regular status updates. Identify and manage legal or project risks. Advise the programme team and senior stakeholders. Ideal Candidate: Expert knowledge of employment legislation and experience in leading complex change programmes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change in a fast-paced environment.
