Working collaboratively with other departments and teams to ensure efficient service delivery You should be: Able to respond to problems quickly to meet our tough quality standards and targets. Someone to motivate and lead the caretaking services team to supervise and develop staff and provide the high level of service expected by our residents. If you are hardworking, enthusiastic and customer focused, then please apply. You must have experience of managing people and caretaking, good IT, Communication and Customer Service skills. You will also need to be flexible and able to use your initiative where required and have a full driving license and access to a vehicle as required. It is an essential requirement that you have a good standard of both literacy and IT skills, as you will be required to use a PC completing KPI's, monitoring and reports, as well as undertaking online courses and assessments, We can further your skills during the probation period. A Full UK, driving license is essential, a company van will not be provided for this role and will need to use own vehicle so access to a car is essential For this post the successful candidate will need to apply for or be in possession of a Standard Disclosure Barring Service certificate (DBS) to enable them to work within the team.
