The Role As a Commercial HVAC Engineer , you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to ensure their systems are efficient, reliable, and compliant with safety and industry standards. This role offers variety, technical challenges, and the chance to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, fault-finding, and repair on HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, air handling units, and split systems. Install and commission HVAC systems in line with project requirements. Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. Collaborate with clients and project managers to ensure tailored solutions are delivered. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and client protocols. Accurately record and document all work completed, including service reports and compliance records. The Package Competitive Salary : Likely to be around £44,000 - £50,000 Based on experience and qualifications. Company Vehicle : Fully equipped and maintained for business use. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical components. Relevant certifications such as F-Gas, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), or ACS gas qualifications. A proactive problem-solving mindset and dedication to high-quality work. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. A full UK driving licence.
