The Client Our client is a highly regarded building services contractor specialising in delivering top-tier mechanical and electrical solutions for commercial and industrial projects. With a dedication to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction, they are looking for a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join their Bristol team and oversee critical project delivery. The Role As a Mechanical Supervisor , you will oversee all mechanical installations on-site, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and coordinate site teams, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to excel. Your role will involve conducting regular site inspections, resolving any on-site challenges, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, you will ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. In addition, you will provide technical support and mentorship to your team, fostering a strong culture of professionalism and excellence. The Package Competitive Salary : £45,000 - £54,000 (but reflective depending on experience and expertise.) Company Vehicle or Allowance : Provided for site travel. What Youll Need to Succeed Proven experience in a junior or similar Mechanical supervisory role within mechanical building services. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, installations, and associated regulations. Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND in Building Services, or equivalent. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering quality outcomes. A full UK driving licence. What do you do now?
