It Service Manager

£450 per Day (Inside IR35) Oxfordshire Initial 6 Months with view to extend Your New Role Our client is a rapidly growing SME, who have just secured funding. This role has been created for a proven IT Services Manager to lead and develop their current team. Working closely with the wider technology team you will be responsible for the management and successful implementation of business solutions across a number of the business units. You will lead and develop the local IT project roadmap, understanding the needs of the organisations stakeholders and provide guidance to users and project committee. To Ensure your Success You will be a professional interim technology lead with the ability to hit the ground running. An understanding of software development lifecycle, devops, risk and control management processes is essential. Understanding of ITIL/ITSM is key, with exposure to JIRA or GLPI. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and have demonstrable experience managing and delivering projects in time and within budget. You must have experience recruiting both permanent and interim staff and a track record of developing talent.
