The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key financial functions to ensure the company's growth and profitability. Description Driving the development and implementation of financial strategies Overseeing financial performance Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards Managing budgeting and forecasting processes Engaging with key stakeholders to drive financial performance Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities Supporting strategic decision-making with financial insights Profile A successful Commercial Finance Leader should have: A strong academic background in finance or related field Proven experience in managing financial functions Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills This role could be based in a number of locations across the UK and will require the individual to be flexible to travel Job Offer A competitive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum Attractive benefits package including bonus, car allowance, etc. An engaging work environment with opportunities for career growth
