Hardware Electronics Design Manager

Do you have at least five years' experience of technical supervision for electronics design projects? Do you know the ins and outs of electronics design, including PCB design and layout and circuit assembly and testing? This could be the role for you Our client, a market leading electronics company, are looking for a Hardware Electronics Design Manager to join their growing engineering team. This established company has seen an influx of new projects and seeks a Hardware Electronics Design Manager on a permanent basis to aid in the specification, design and completion of assigned electronics projects. There will be some field work and lots of customer interaction as well as technical management of other engineers working on projects you are overseeing. Hardware Electronics Design Manager - Role & Responsibilities - PCB, Analogue, Digital, R&D - Manage multiple projects including new design and rework/modification - Efficiently work to deadlines and guarantee delivery on company deadlines - Varied role encompassing all aspects of hardware engineering including PCB schematics, layout design, microprocessors, circuit design and test engineering - Exposure to firmware/embedded software would be beneficial - Liaise with other members of the engineering team and direct junior members of staffHardware Electronics Design Manager - Skills & Abilities - PCB, Analogue, Digital, R&D - Degree qualified in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Communication Engineering or equivalent - Proficient in the use of PCB schematic capture and layout software - Excellent analogue and digital circuit design - Knowledge of embedded processors and digital systems advantageousDesign Manager, Electronics, Hardware, PCB, Analogue, Digital, R&D
