With a focus on innovation, they will use their expertise in SolidWorks and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to develop and validate designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and execute mechanical design projects using SolidWorks . Conduct FEA to ensure reliability and optimize performance. Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and other departments to meet project goals. Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be an experienced mechanical design professional with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability. Requirements: Significant experience in mechanical design engineering, ideally within the renewables or energy sectors. Proficiency in SolidWorks and expertise in FEA techniques. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
