This is an opportunity for a creative, proactive individual to analyse and interpret market trends, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. Experience and Knowledge : 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the commodities sector. Knowledge of commodities such as EV battery materials, rare earth elements, or recycled metals is highly desirable. Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with PowerBI is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (a second language is a bonus). Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. Attributes : A self-starter with a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving. A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently. Cultural sensitivity and an international perspective. Travel : Flexibility to travel to our global offices and operational sites on an ad-hoc basis.
