Mechanical Design Engineer

Roc Search are currently recruiting for a range of Mechanical Design Engineer’s for an exciting new renewables project set to begin end of January 2025. The project is in its design phase for multiple applications that will move into production. We are looking for multiple skilled NX Mechanical Design Engineers with expertise any of the following areas: Design & Development (gearbox, transmission, actuation, hydraulic, chain drive or similar) Lightweight Materials design (composites, carbon fibre or similar) Boat/Ship/Yacht design (powerboat, yacht, hydrofoils or similar design) NX is an essential skill in this contract Key Details: Location: Site-based with some remote working available Contract Length: initial 6 months, potential extension IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Working Hours: Early finish on Fridays
