The Opportunity Join this PE-backed SaaS organisation in a pivotal leadership role, heading a talented team of 125 technical professionals across three continents. With seven direct reports managing their core technical pillars, you'll have the platform to make a significant impact while developing your path to CTO. You'll inherit a clear strategic vision while having the autonomy to: Spearhead AWS consolidation programme Optimise .NET and Java technology stack Lead continuous delivery transformation Unite diverse development methodologies into a cohesive Agile framework Drive technical due diligence and compliance initiatives You'll be instrumental in: Unifying global technical strategy Driving enterprise evolution Building high-performing engineering teams Ensuring technical excellence across all products Influencing key strategic decisions at the highest level What You'll Bring Proven experience leading large, distributed engineering teams in a product-led SaaS environment Strong architectural vision and expertise in modern cloud technologies Track record of successful continuous delivery transformations Experience in technical due diligence, security assessments, and compliance reviews Outstanding stakeholder management skills, from engineering teams to board level Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset Why Join Us?
