Job Advertisement: Operations Support Role (2 Positions Available) Location: Ilkley Office Position Overview: We are looking for two enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our expanding support team within operations. Based in our Ilkley office, this role combines customer service with testing support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you are an organized, communicative problem-solver with a passion for customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: 60% Support, 40% Testing Respond to and manage customer service queries through multiple systems. Access and manage tickets, escalate issues, and triage effectively. Regular communication with customers (via email and Teams calls) to resolve issues. Assist clients with device-related issues and guide them through the resolution process. Provide business-as-usual support and contribute to ongoing projects. Help with system setups, including coupon and master-based configurations. Shift Pattern: Flexibility required; shift patterns to be finalized, including possible evening shifts up to 10 PM. Minimum 3 days a week depending on shift needs. Working Hours: Full-time role: 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £28,000 Key Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Excel and Word (basic office software). Strong written and verbal communication skills (email etiquette, polite but firm tone). Customer service experience with an understanding of managing expectations. Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Collaborative mindset; ability to work effectively in a team. Resilience to manage multiple responsibilities and customer concerns.
