We’re now looking for a talented Social Media and Content Specialist to elevate these brands in the digital space—becoming our in-house expert in the art and science of social media. The Role As a Social Media and Content Specialist, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our clients’ digital presence. From creating engaging content to building robust social media strategies, you’ll be the voice behind some of the UK’s most exciting lifestyle brands. You’ll manage multiple social media accounts, generate creative ideas for campaigns, and craft compelling stories that resonate with audiences. With a passion for both strategy and execution, you’ll ensure every post, reel, and story drives engagement and delivers measurable results. What You’ll Be Doing Content Creation: Craft engaging, on-brand content across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok). You’ll be a Canva or Adobe pro but also know your way around TikTok studio and Instagram Reels. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies that align with client goals and resonate with their target audiences. Community Management: Build and nurture communities by interacting with followers, responding to messages, and fostering brand loyalty. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns. Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and leveraging social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with clients, the PR team, and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. What We’re Looking For You’re a digital storyteller with a flair for creating engaging content and a deep understanding of social media platforms. You’re strategic, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what you bring: Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, with a portfolio of successful campaigns. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. A creative mindset paired with analytical skills to measure and improve performance. Ability to bring your creative vision to life through a variety of media generation, including video, graphic posts and copywriting. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social) and analytics platforms. Knowledge of digital marketing, including paid social media advertising, is a bonus.
