If so, we want to hear from you We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Construction Business Development Manager to join our ambitious and forward-thinking team. This is a high-impact role, central to shaping our growth strategy and securing a pipeline of opportunities across refurbishment projects. With a focus on the residential and social housing sectors, you will play a key role in driving transformative projects that enhance communities and deliver exceptional outcomes. The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in a business development role within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on refurbishment projects. Knowledge of the residential and/or social housing sectors is highly desirable. Strong network of industry contacts and a knack for relationship-building. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to business development. You would be responsible for: Develop and implement business development strategies to secure refurbishment projects across target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders in residential and social housing sectors. Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the company's portfolio. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and bids, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
