Private Client Solicitor

AJ Chambers is excited to partner with a Top 50 UK law firm that is looking to expand its award-winning Private Client team. In this role, you will join a team of over 50 specialist Private Client lawyers, offering trusted advice to individuals, families, trustees, and businesses globally, with a focus on fostering long-term relationships and delivering practical solutions in areas such as tax, trusts, and estate planning. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload involving all aspects of wills, trusts, tax, estate, and succession planning. Provide high-quality legal advice tailored to meet client needs. Prepare Powers of Attorney. Advise clients on basic Inheritance Tax Planning. Offer comprehensive advice on the broader implications of transactions or advice provided. Independently manage estate administration, including intestacy cases. Collaborate closely with the team to meet the firm's fee targets.
