What You’ll Do Lead and Innovate: Represent HCM products across the organization, building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving system improvements. Understand and Deliver: Ensure their HCM systems meet detailed business requirements, supporting employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, performance management, and payroll. Drive Success: Oversee product realization and maintenance, ensuring alignment with service level agreements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate and Coordinate: Direct and manage agile product teams to optimize value and cost-effectiveness. Communicate Progress: Provide regular updates on product status and team achievements to stakeholders. Ensure Excellence: Work with QA and DevOps to execute product tests and maintain documentation standards. Adapt and Assess: Evaluate the impact of changes to processes, data, business models, and technology architecture, ensuring smooth transitions. Plan and Prioritize: Define and prioritize user stories with a focus on business value and ROI.
